Honey Cake
Ingredients:
1 and 1/3 cups of honey
3 cups of flour
2 eggs
125 grams of butter
Melt honey and butter together and add to flour.
Mix well then break in both eggs. The cake should be at dropping consistency.
Put mixture into a prepared square loaf tin and cook in a medium oven for about an hour.
